He currently serves as the Brand Manager for Pure Brands, a vertically integrated alternative medicine corporation in Lansing, Michigan. Daegan excels in managing diverse stakeholder relationships, from the public and celebrities to government entities and B2B partners. His expertise extends to overseeing all aspects of eCommerce and online presence for the organization.

Daegan's educational background further bolsters his qualifications for our mission. He’s pursuing a multifaceted education at Michigan State University focusing on political science, economics, and leadership of organizations. Justin C. Wilcox, Executive Officer

After graduating from Colby College in Maine, Justin embarked on a career in the advertising industry. His current role is as an Activation Associate in the Investment Division of The Interpublic Group of Companies. Each day, Justin expertly navigates the intricate world of media buying and financial accounting by orchestrating financial audits that ensure entertainment networks meet his client’s strict airing guidelines for television and radio advertisements. His remarkable aptitude in the media sphere is mirrored only by his prowess in the sky as an experienced pilot who took to the skies at the young age of 15.

Justin's journey into aviation was catalyzed by a generous full scholarship provided by Edmund Burke Ross to St. Paul's School, a renowned boarding school nestled in the heart of New Hampshire. This scholarship covered Justin's tuition and granted him a stipend that financed his flight training, thereby sowing the seeds of a lifelong love affair with the skies. The golden opportunity given by this scholarship allowed him to explore the boundless potential that aviation held, igniting a flame of inspiration that would guide his future endeavors.

Now at the helm of Mach One Scholarships as the CEO, Justin embodies the essence of benevolent leadership, fostering opportunities for aspiring aviators to spread their wings and soar to new heights. Drawing from his own transformative experiences as a person of color, he aspires to open the gates of aviation to marginalized individuals who dream of conquering the skies, just as he once did.

Nicholas Satriale, Administrative Officer

Nicholas serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Mach One. The journey that brought him to this juncture is both a testament to his multifaceted skills, and an inspiration to encourage more women in pursuing aerospace careers. Armed with a robust educational background with a dual degree in Economics and Finance from Monmouth University, Nicholas embarked on a career path that was guided by a vision to integrate financial acumen with environmentally sustainable practices.

His current role as a staff accountant at Braven Environmental perfectly encapsulates his commitment to bridging the gap between business and environmental stewardship. At Braven, he has been meticulously working towards providing science-backed solutions to the global waste plastics problem, a role that allows him to harmonize business objectives with the planet's welfare.
